We are here to live fully and we have everything we need within us to do this. No matter one’s circumstances, there is access to the spark within that can light the path forward. Years of breath therapy, salt therapy, energy work, and a foundation in meditation have landed me here. The place where I have an opportunity to help others discover their inner gifts in order to create the world they want to live in. It takes guts, perseverance and courage. I honor your journey.
